The balance of $545 + tax is paid before the site goes live. After that, everything is in your name, and you're in control.

I'm the co-founder of La Clique Sociale, an advertising agency on Montreal's South Shore.
This one is my own company, just me: custom websites, built with the same care as at an agency, at a clear price, with no contract.
You deal with me, from the demo to the launch. After that, if you need a change, you write to me.

Do I own the site?
Yes. Once the site is paid for, the site, the domain and the hosting are in your name, and you control everything. There is no contract and no subscription.
What's included for $695?
Up to 5 pages (home, up to 3 services, about and contact), Google SEO and two rounds of revisions.
How does the $150 demo work?
You pay $150 + tax and I build the demo of your site. If you go ahead, the $150 is deducted from the total: $545 + tax remains, payable before the site goes live.
Are there yearly fees?
No monthly fees from me, and the hosting is free. The only cost left is your domain name (about $15 to $30 a year), renewed in your name.
I don't have a domain name yet.
No problem. We buy it in your name, in your account, with your card: you only pay what it costs, about $15 to $30 a year for a .ca or a .com. I'll guide you.
How long does it take?
The demo, within 48 hours of your payment. Once you approve it, your site is usually live in less than a week, depending on how quickly you get back to me.
What if I need an extra page, or a change later?
Write to me and I'll take care of it. The price depends on the complexity.
